During the Covid-19 Pandemic our sessions will be accessible through zoom. Beginner online classes are every Tuesdays from 10:00am to 11:30am. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
£10 per session when you book a block of 5 sessions, or £12 for one off sessions.

Beginners yoga classes are a great way to introduce your body and mind to yoga in a safe way with other students at the same level as you.
The classes will introduce you to the most common yoga postures (asanas), alignment principles, breathing and relaxation techniques. You will have time to ask any questions before and after the class and we will work through sequences that appear regularly in general yoga classes.
The classes will be small enough to allow for personal attention and individual help throughout and modifications for common injuries will be also be covered.
The classes will vary week by week, working through different areas of the body, or different aspects of yoga such as breath, meditation and physical postures.
The classes are suitable for beginners to yoga or those who have not practiced for a while and would like a refresher to the practice. It is also open to those attending general classes but looking to go into more detail into the basics of yoga.
Good to know
• Mats and props are limited
• Arrive 10 minutes early
• Switch off your phone
• Inform Lesley of any injuries or serious illness.
• Wear comfortable clothes - leggings or tracksuit bottoms.
• Yoga is practiced without shoes & socks. Leave your shoes at the side of the room
• Practice on an empty stomach. 4 hours after eating a meal, 2 hours after a snack
• Practice silence during class
